LF02 OMM This is a yellow Honda ST1100 rapid response motorbike used by the London Ambulance Service. The rider is testing the blue flashing lights and headlamp prior to heading out. The panniers at the rear are quickly removable and contain emergency medical equipment.
LJ53 BXZ This yellow Vauxhall Zafira is also with the LAS. It is used by the Duty Station Officer to respond to emergencies and travel around their area. On the roof is a full-width blue light bar, with an amber beacon on top for airfield use. Repeater small flashing blue lights are on all sides of the car.

LJ05 BSY This is a very similar looking Zafira but without the 'Duty Station Officer' wording. It also has a clear light bar on the roof and is approximately 18 months newer than the above example.
LG52 NXB and LX54 VVD (behind). These two Vauxhall Corsas are used by the LAS too. Despite having different body colours they have the same sparse livery. The newer silver car is a much higher specification than the older white one. This higher spec includes alloy wheels and fancier body trim. 
YN05 RHU and YN05 XUL (left to right). A 2005 South Yorkshire Renault Master ambulance is joined by a 2005 Volvo V70 rapid response car.
This is a Vauxhall Astra Estate rapid response car. One of the most notable features on this vehicle is the number of LED repeater lights it has on the front. There are two mounted on the grill, two mounted on the sides of the bumper and two integrated into the door mirrors.
Here we have a Renault Megane II 1.9 dci estate in an unusual partial ambulance yellow livery. This car also features repeater lights in the grill and on the wings.

DX54 XER This is a St. John Ambulance Land Rover. Notice the four LEDs in the front grille and the amber lights in the roof light bar.

D519 UGN A blast from the past is this London Ambulance Service Bedford. It was still carrying its LAS livery and blue lights when spotted in Newcastle in spring 2005.

AJ02 CVE is a white Ford Focus belonging to a first responder team in the Lake District. The vehicle is used by trained members of the community to respond to urgent 999 calls in their neighbourhood in advance of an ambulance. They have no legal exemptions to the rules of the road, but having the car marked-up may help their progress.
YN04 VGL This silver Nissan Terrano ambulance is fitted out with a removable livery and blue lights. Magnetic sign are attached to the sides and there are two blue lights on the roof and one on the dashboard. You can just see an 'ambulance' sign on the passenger's sun visor. It is run by ABC Medical Services.
KE51 HXF is a Vauxhall Frontera 4x4. It is used by St. John Ambulance Service in partnership with West Yorkshire Metropolitan Ambulance Service (WYMAS).
K712 GUA is a Ford Transit ambulance operated by St. John Ambulance. The vehicle was presented to the Leeds area by the Leeds Hospital fund charitable trust.

L89 UOT This 1993 Renault Master-based ambulance is liveried as belonging to KC Ambulances.
YJ04 ZZF This is a Ford Transit Operational Support Unit from TENYAS's fleet. It has a band of green and yellow squares down both sides but no blue lights. It is used to transport equipment such as decontamination tents.
HX54 DYG This Hampshire Renault Master ambulance is marked as a 'special transfer unit'.

SG52 RTZ is a Mercedes Sprinter ambulance from the Port of Felixstowe private service.
YX53 HJE is a Volvo rapid response car from South Yorkshire ambulance's fleet.
This Renault is displaying the livery of the British Red Cross.
This Volvo S40 appears to be in an all over yellow paint scheme. However, upon closer inspection, the vehicle is actually white. All of the yellow is provided by several sections of adhesive reflective material.

Next, we have a Ford Transit Connect TDCI used by the Coventry and Warwickshire Ambulance NHS trust. An interesting feature on this vehicle is the power connecter on the front wing which would normally by found on larger ambulance vehicles.
