Almost all of the photographs on UKev have been taken by our photographers. A small number have been donated by readers. If you see a photograph you like, please don't just take a copy of it. Permission from the owner needs to be obtained before you can copy it. This is especially important if you want to publish it on your own website or other publication. This website is covered by UK copyright law and we have, and will continue to, actively pursue people for breaches of copyright. 

We also ask that other website owners don't host our photographs remotely on their own site. This leads to less bandwidth being available for readers of this website, and a slower loading page on your own website. Finally, we hope that you enjoy browsing UKev.
