HF53 ADU This Tow-a-van trailer is used by Hampshire police for water search and recovery work.
SY55 CWM Northern Constabulary use this Ford Transit Connect in the North of Scotland.
A West Yorkshire Police BMW X5 battles through picturesque but treacherous snowy  conditions. During the heavy snow fall of January 2010, West Yorkshire police drafted in a fleet of Land Rovers from the Police Service of Northern Ireland to assist with reaching more remote locations.
A fleet of police motorbikes from various forces around the UK are paraded for a formal photograph.
GX04 LDC This is a Sussex Police Mercedes-Benz C320 being used to block a dual carriageway at the scene of a road accident in wintry conditions.
This police car is temporarily out-of-action due to heavy snowfall. Underneath the snow is a Sussex Mercedes C-class.
HX09 AED This is a police BMW 320D Touring on patrol in a suburban area of Hampshire.
HX08 SVR This is a Hampshire Ford Focus that is used for general patrol duties. Notice that no front-facing blue flashing lights have been fitted to the very front of the car. However a dashboard-mounted light supports the main light bar on the roof.
OV07BZA is a Kent Audi A6 TDI Quattro. This fast car has been fitted with full-height battenburg markings and a slim LED light bar on the roof.
This is a brand new Northern Constabulary Ford Focus that has yet to be assigned a registration plate.

Here is a pair of BMW police motorbikes that are operated by Gloucestershire. Notice the semi-circular blue lights on the front match the full-circle version on the rear pole.
Here is a very similar BMW which is carrying a temporary sign on the front to warn motorists of a cycle race approaching.
M661 KNP This is a Vauxhall Omega that was in service with Thames Valley Police. It is now preserved in private ownership. Notice the anti-drink-drive message written down the side.
LG09 KZO This DAF LF truck is used by the Metropolitan Police in London for non-emergency work, including equipment transportation. It is fitted with amber flashing lights all-round and carries the Met's standard stripe and a small sign in the windscreen to indicate its owners.

BX08 LKP This is a Met Police personnel carrier based on a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter.

PX59 BFN This is one of Cumbria Police's Subaru Imprezas. New in the summer of 2009, it is the WRX STI model which is equally at home on Cumbria's motorways or winding rural roads. The four-wheel drive car is fitted with full emergency warning equipment, including a full-width Premier Hazard light bar and LEDs behind the grille.
A second view of the same Impreza. You can see the Cumbria crest on the bonnet which was hidden by the large air scoop in the previous picture. The standard police battenburg livery is used down each side.
FG57 MSO This Vauxhall Astra is part of a join venture between Durham Constabulary, Durham Agency Against Crime and ADT Security.
This North Yorkshire Ford Transit is showing a demonstration livery of yellow, blue and white battenburg! In fact a number of the yellow panels have fallen off, either due to not being correctly applied when new or by being power-washed too hard.
YJ59 KZY This is a Ford Transit Connect that is used as a multi-purpose patrol vehicle by North Yorkshire. It is one of a number of vehicles with sequential registration plates that were introduced in autumn 2009 as replacements for Peugeot Experts and Citroen Dispatchs.
Another view of the Transit Connect. A prisoner cell is in the rear third, with seating for up to five officers in the front portion. A small cctv camera can be seen on the rear of the roof to help with evidence gathering of prisoners being placed in the cell and for reversing.
