H638 YGN and GX51 XYE, A British Red Cross medical unit Mercedes truck preceded by a Red Cross LDV emergency ambulance. Both vehicles are based in London, and the LDV is almost identical to its London Ambulance Service cousins. The LDV also seems to be missing a blue light from it’s grille.

This beauty of a @EOneUKLtd @MercedesBenz Vario is on the run at Lochgoilhead. This is one of many Vario chassis’ VSUs in the west of Scotland, this particular one being the 4x4 chassis, and one of the oldest. A very capable chassis, which sadly is no longer manufactured
