EO51 WEP This is a white Ford Mondeo that is used as an emergency first responder car by the LIVES group (Lincolnshire Integrated Voluntary Emergency Service). It is unusual in the fact that the light bar on the roof contains blue and amber lights. The blues are used when the car is being used for medical purposes, and ambers for when it is not.

DU03 YXV This Toyota Rav4 4×4 is operated by Churnet Valley 1st Responders. The car carries the West Midlands Ambulance Service crest and a blue light bar, very unusual for 1st responder vehicles as they are driven by members of the community trained in basic medical care. Staffordshire Ambulance Service (before being merged into West Midlands) were criticised by a Healthcare Commission report for allowing 1st responders to use blue lights to help cut response times.
