| NOTES This 1993 appliance is the only full-size fire vehicle on Caldey Island. It was off the run in 2018 as it was awaiting parts to be fixed. Mechanics from the fire service have to rely on boats running to the island to take them and their equipment over. The vehicle is not particularly suited to the small island with few roads, but comes in useful for relaying water. |
