FX58 AVY This is a MEV Hummer HX. It is a scaled down version of a Hummer produced by a company called My Electric Vehicle. It is electric only and is comparable to a golf kart. A client commissioned this design and one of their dealers saw it and ordered another for promotional use.

Another view of this two-seater electric car that is just 3m long. It has a 60 mile range and a 19 mph top speed.

BV60 AOG This 2011 Ford Transit is used as a nuclear response vehicle. It carries the simple livery of a single blue stripe and no writing on the bodywork.

On the front bumper is a holder for a monitoring device, known as an x-ray probe, which hangs here when deployed and sits just a few inches off the ground.

GX05 OMK This Honda CR-V is used by the Beachy Head Chaplaincy Team. The team has been patrolling the cliffs at Beachy Head since 2004, looking for people in distress at this suicide hotspot. They carry our pro-active patrols and respond to sightings. They use search dogs and trained volunteers to provide 24/7 cover.

This Mercedes Benz is a Safety Car that has been used at Formula 1 demonstration runs in city centres. It is fitted with a small amber flashing beacon.

In this action scene, an officer from Birmingham Market Police takes a suspect to the ground while trying to detain them.

The Birmingham Market Police was officially ended in 1976 when the employees ceased to be constables. However the name lives on today as the service continued, although the employees are not recognised as police officers.

RO11 YJG This Porsche Cayenne is the vehicle used to support the British Touring Car Championship for 2011. It is an updated model from the previous year and is supplied by Porsche for the events. It carries its true registration plates when on the public road.

WA04 AEN This is a Honda ST1300 that is operated by Medevent Limited. The bike is shown here at speed following a group of elite racing cyclists on closed city streets. The medic can offer help to any riders crashing before his colleagues back him up in a private ambulance.
